Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Scout a Model Platform (“Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Scout a Model provides software for modeling agencies to manage scouting workflows, including applicant intake, pre-selection, scheduling, voting, onboarding and board management.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Agency accounts are intended for modeling agencies and their authorized representatives. Scouts and applicants may use public forms and scout links as permitted by an agency.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading or infringing content.
• Harass, discriminate against or exploit applicants, scouts or other users.
• Attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to view.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

5. Content and submissions

Agencies and their users are responsible for the content they upload, including applicant photos, videos and personal information. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

6. Subscription and billing

Agency subscriptions are billed monthly after any applicable free trial. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms or for non-payment. Agencies may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. We are not a modeling agency and do not represent, employ or book models.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scout a Model shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
