How it works
Scout a Model starts with scouting and stays with the work: onboarding, media, calendars, availability, packages, proposals, guided jobs, invoices, payments, payouts and portals. One record follows the model through the whole agency lifecycle.
Ten connected stages carry a face from application through signed work and reconciled payment.
Applicants apply through your public form, an embedded form on your own website, or a scout's personal link. Photos, video, measurements and portfolio links are required up front, so nothing arrives half-finished.
Your pre-select team votes yes or no on every new application. Thresholds you set decide what moves forward, and declined applicants are handled automatically.
Create open-call or video casting slots with capacity limits and time zones. Applicants get a confirmation email with a calendar invite, and edits notify everyone booked.
After the casting, your voters record yes, no, wait or no-show with notes and media. A required checklist has to be complete before anyone advances.
