Changelog
What we've shipped, newest first. Written by Vincent DeVille, founder.
A smarter in-app assistant
The assistant now opens with a daily to-do summary, understands the page you're on and drafts messages on request.
Visible package actions
Package actions now sit directly on each tracker card instead of a hidden menu, saving space.
Book-style model packages
Clients browse each model like a printed book, with an editorial details page and two photos at a time; the grid is still one click away.
Easier recipient picking
Clear all suggested recipients in one click, and see clearly where contacts outside the destination city start.
Video pictures in packages
Videos in model packages now show a picture from the clip, and senders can pick videos straight from the folder preview.
How to become a model guide
A new public guide explains how to get into modeling, which photos agencies want, how to spot scams, and links to agency apply pages.
Package dates start from today
The package date calendar no longer allows days in the past, and saved drafts with passed dates ask for new ones.
Model agency software overview
A new page explains how Scout a Model works as model scouting and agency management software, with pricing and common questions.
Agency apply pages findable on Google
Each agency's Become a Model and Become a Scout pages now show the agency's name in search results and are listed for search engines.
Range calendar fix
Choosing a start and end date now keeps both days, and the selected range is highlighted in color.
Clearer Package Creator descriptions
Package Creator's short descriptions now match each use: choose a destination and propose models to partner agencies for placements, or find models free on your dates for direct bookings. Destination fields put country first, and the distance question is worded more clearly.
Smarter destination cities
Package destinations now suggest cities from your own contacts, group neighbourhoods into metro areas, warn when you have no contact in a city, and add a state or province picker for the US and Canada.
Clearer hint text in forms
Placeholder examples in empty fields are now lighter, italic and prefixed with "e.g.", so they never look like pre-filled values.
Range calendar for dates
Start and end dates are chosen on one range calendar, so reversed dates are impossible. Placement dates show three months at a time.
A step-by-step Package Creator
Building a model package is now a guided, one-question-at-a-time flow with destination-aware partner checks, flexible dates, pre-filled recipients, a final checklist, duplicate-send warnings and a short undo window. The package tracker shows each package's destination and dates and can be sorted.
Clear follow-up for onboarding calls
No-shows and overdue onboarding calls now stand out even in the collapsed list, with the oldest unresolved call and clear rescheduling or outcome actions. Warnings remain until staff resolve the call.
Clearer colors across the app
A single color language now marks status everywhere — green for done, amber for waiting, red for problems, blue for in progress — with names and amounts highlighted so key information stands out.
Our assistant has a new look
Sami now wears a friendly cartoon dragon face — round, green and cheerful — replacing her photo. Nothing about how she works has changed.
Measurements confirmed with every measurement video
Models confirm their measurements in clear metric and imperial dropdowns before uploading a measurement video, and agencies can update numbers while watching, with a record of who changed them and when.
Sami's knowledge keeps growing
Approved answers are now stored as searchable knowledge, so our assistant can learn without limit, with a dedicated place for the platform team to review and manage it.
Sami learns what she doesn't know
Our assistant now researches questions she couldn't answer and proposes new knowledge for the platform team to approve, so she keeps getting more helpful.
Sami understands every feature
Our assistant now has a complete guide to how each part of the platform works, so she can answer more how, why and when questions — and flags anything she can't answer so it gets added.
Sam is now Sami
Our built-in assistant has a new name: Sami. Her familiar face, conversations and confirmation-first approach remain unchanged, with a tidier tabbed review area for the platform team.
Smarter assistant: location and measurement search
The built-in assistant can now find models by where they currently are (city, nearby radius or country), by measurements and age, summarise what needs your attention, and explain what is still missing on a job.
Rate the assistant's answers
Every answer from the built-in assistant now has thumbs up / thumbs down. Wrong answers can be flagged with a note and are reviewed by the platform team, so answers keep getting more accurate. The assistant also checks uploaded job files before claiming a statement is missing.
Drag the assistant out of the way
The built-in assistant can now be moved anywhere on screen when she covers something — drag her picture or the top of her chat window, and the position is remembered on that device.
Friendlier progress in the assistant
While the built-in assistant works on a question, she now describes each step in plain language — thinking, counting, checking — instead of showing technical boxes.
Sami answers questions about your agency's data
The built-in assistant can now search your records — uploads, jobs, statements, invoices, packages, onboarding and more — and explain how features and automatic reminders work, always limited to what the person asking is allowed to see.
Sami, the built-in AI assistant
A friendly assistant now lives in the corner of every page. Sami explains how to do things and where to find them, and can prepare model updates, calendar unavailability and package drafts — always waiting for your confirmation before saving anything.
Clearly labelled reminders and invoice resends
Statement and invoice follow-ups are now labelled progressively (reminder, second reminder, final reminder), and resending an invoice lets you mark it as a reminder or a copy so partners never think they're being billed twice.
Clearer handling of statements sent by email
Statement conversations now warn when a partner says they emailed a statement but no upload was received, and the automatic upload-form reply also triggers on 'already sent it' messages, not just attachments.
Fixed end dates in the job creation flow
Choosing a date range on a model's calendar when creating a job now carries both the start and end date into the job details, instead of opening as a one-day job.
Actionable package requests and client questions
Package requests can now be reviewed directly in the tracker and turned into tentative jobs. Clients have separate message actions for questions, using the existing agency inbox.
Simplified package activity warnings
Removed Dismiss from unusual package activity warnings while retaining activity history and Unlock for locked links.
Recoverable job deletion
Deleted jobs now go to a Deleted section where they can be restored with all their details; they can no longer be erased permanently.
Closing bank-matched jobs
Bank-matched payments now fill in the payment method automatically, and the job-closing check names exactly which payment detail is missing.
Focused package tracking
Package tracking now uses compact summaries, focused open strips and separate recipient/model-view tabs. Conversation actions distinguish existing replies from sent-only messages and stay hidden when no conversation exists.
Package editing starts from the selected models
Continuing a package draft or editing a sent package now shows the models already in the package first, with remove controls and a continue button — the availability search is only needed to add more models.
Fixed date range picking when creating jobs
The calendar date picker used when creating a job from the workflow pages now lets you pick both a start and an end date, with the chosen span highlighted on the calendar.
Create jobs from the workflow pages
Development, Direct Booking and Placement now have a Create job button: pick a model, choose free dates on her calendar, and book the job without leaving the page.
Package drafts, scheduled sending and recall
Model packages can be saved as drafts, scheduled for a date and time in the client's time zone, duplicated as templates, and recalled so their links stop working. Folders can carry client-facing names.
Automatic invoice payment reminders
Sent invoices that stay unpaid now get automatic payment reminders — first 30 days after sending, then every 10 days, up to 3 emails. Job cards show reminder status and next send date, and reminders can be suspended per job for up to 3 months.
Detach mistaken bank matches
A bank payment matched to the wrong job can be detached from the job card with a reason; it returns to review and the job's payment record clears.
Payment source on paid jobs
Paid jobs now explain how they were marked paid — bank statement match with the statement line, manual entry with who entered it, or card payment.
Visible package conversations
Messages sign off with the sender’s first name. Package recipients have clear reply controls and unread highlights. Use the shared conversation drawer to read messages, view attachments, reply with templates or mark unread.
Friendlier statement replies
Partners who email a statement get a clear confirmation and a single next step; other replies get no automatic answer.
A complete team inbox
Every conversation now supports replies, mark unread, conversation search and named team senders.
More accurate Notifications
Notifications distinguish team-uploaded statements from partner submissions, accurately describe invoice send outcomes, and use historical wording for package views.
Faster media libraries
Media folders and model lists load several times faster under team-wide use, and stay fast as more agencies join.
More reliable measurement uploads
Interrupted measurement video uploads now show a clear message asking to try again.
Invoice header, card payment and PAID mark
Invoices now show the agency address under its name, a Pay by card button while unpaid, Paid by card with the date after a card payment, and a PAID mark once settled.
Sent invoices can be viewed and saved as PDF
Job cards with a sent invoice now offer a View invoice button showing the invoice as it was sent, plus a Download PDF button that saves a clean A4 copy of it.
Amounts with thousand separators save correctly
Job card amounts typed with thousand separators or a decimal comma (like 6,877 or 6 877,50) now save exactly as shown instead of being cleared.
Statement received vs uploaded labels
Placement job strips now show whether a statement came in through the partner upload form (which updates the commission amount and can issue the invoice automatically) or was filed manually by the team.
View uploaded bank statements and their transcripts
Bank Matching now lets you open the original statement file and review the exact payment lines the AI read from it, including where each matched line was allocated.
Payment mismatch flags
Jobs whose received payment does not reconcile to the invoice are now flagged on the job strip, progress bar, expanded job card, and the finance earnings list — red for overpayments, amber for shortfalls beyond the accepted fee write-off.
Multi-currency scout commissions
Scout commissions are converted from the job currency at the payment-date exchange rate, and agencies can choose to pay only one (the larger) commission per person per job.
Accurate payment-source labels and safer confirmation
Bank and manual receipts are no longer labelled as card payments. Stripe invoice confirmations validate the paid session, job and currency, and report success only after saving the receipt.
Unified job notes and clearer payment progress
Compact job details no longer duplicate Notes, while existing notes remain accessible. Payment icons match the saved paid status, with green for paid and amber for partial payments, independently of outstanding invoice paperwork.
Complete job-section focus outlines
Expanded job sections now have a continuous four-sided focus outline without shifting the form layout. Skipped steps count as complete and fill the progress bar in a lighter success color.
Clearer placement terms and focused editing
Placement terms are grouped into paired rows. Job Details editors keep just one subsection open at a time, with consistent highlighting and section-level save actions. Redundant placement inputs are removed, progress icons retain their shape, and optional-step actions live inside their sections.
Job progress icons and skippable optional steps
Job strips show per-step progress icons that are accurate without opening the job. Optional steps can be marked as not applicable with Skip and restored with Undo, and the open step is visually highlighted.
Focused job card sections with quick save
Job card dropdowns now highlight the open section, include their own save button, and the commission percentage lives inside Rates & terms. Progress steps show icons for quick scanning.
Gross statement total with live MAC calculation
Partners can enter either the gross statement total or the commission amount; the other is calculated live from an adjustable commission percentage.
Partner-based default currency for placements
Placements now default to the partner agency's usual currency, with an optional per-contact override.
More reliable statement submissions
Partner statements now require the upload form and invoice details. Teams can see upload attribution and timestamps; email replies remain messages instead of turning signature images into statements.
Statement email previews and sent copies
Teams can inspect statement requests before sending and review fixed copies of newly sent requests and reminders, including recipient details, even after the statement arrives.
Placement statement status at a glance
Compact placement strips now distinguish requested and received statements with amber and green labels, independently of invoice and payment status.
Faster statements and automatic placement invoices
Statement requests go out 5 days after a placement ends, and partners can enter the MAC amount, currency and invoice recipient when uploading, so the invoice can be emailed straight away.
Placement and booking stats
Placement and Direct Booking now have a Stats tab with monthly turnover, collections and overdue invoices, top models, partners and clients, booker results and paperwork gaps, with CSV downloads.
Paid status on job strips
Job strips now show Paid or Part paid at a glance, the progress bar reflects received payments without opening the job, and new filters find paid, part-paid and unpaid jobs.
Clearer job invoice labels
Compact job strips now distinguish unsent, uploaded and sent invoices with attention colors, use placement-specific MAC wording, and give job details more room without increasing strip height.
Compact job invoice summaries
Placement and booking strips now include partner names, invoice amounts, send age and a USD equivalent frozen at send time.
Planned vs actual camp costs and advance tracking
Camp costs are now tracked as planned then actual, with a running advance and reimbursement account for each person who pays for camp expenses.
Edit camp cost lines
Cost entries in a camp can now be edited in place without deleting and re-adding them, keeping receipts and updated totals intact.
Faster photo loading
Model photos now load much faster when you return to a page, and several team lists respond quicker.
Smarter upload retry
Retrying a failed media upload now continues where it stopped and never creates duplicate files.
Onboarding stats
Agencies can now see onboarding results at a glance: win rate, time to complete each step, reasons models drop out and monthly trends.
Onboarding call step shows the host
The onboarding call step in the onboarding checklist now shows the booked date and who the call is booked with.
Clearer bank tab and currency picker
The payment tab on a model profile is now called Bank, and recording a payment uses a currency dropdown.
No duplicate videos after resuming
Resuming an interrupted video upload always keeps a single copy in the media library.
Resumable uploads from the email link
The measurement-video email link shows upload progress and continues an interrupted upload when the same video is chosen again.
Resumed video uploads keep their progress
Resuming an interrupted video upload continues from the part already sent rather than restarting.
Uploads resume after interruptions
Media uploads are saved on the device as they run. If the page closes or the phone locks mid-upload, reopening the media page offers a Resume button that continues where the upload stopped.
Download and rotate media
Teams can download selected media or a whole folder as a zip, and rotate photos and videos. Videos are rotated without losing quality. Phone photos are straightened automatically on upload.
Self-healing page startup
If the app ever fails to start, the page now reloads itself once and then shows a clear reload message instead of a stuck loading button.
Lighter video playback
Large videos play a lighter 720p version for smooth viewing on mobile, with the original quality one tap away.
Faster full-screen viewer
Opened photos and videos load before background images, and videos always show a preview or loading indicator.
Instant video playback
Videos now start playing while they download instead of waiting for the whole file, with no change to quality.
Faster video previews
Video previews are ready as soon as an upload finishes, and videos show their preview while they start playing.
Faster media folders
Folders open faster and stuck photo previews recover on their own.
Overlapping calendar entries are easier to add
Days with an existing entry now offer adding another one.
Package preview fix
Package previews now open full screen.
Faster full-screen photos
The photo viewer opens instantly and loads screen-sized images.
Mobile layout fixes
Cleaner filter rows and wrapping slot titles on small screens.
Scout commissions for directly added models
Scout commissions are now created for models added straight to the board.
Smoother updates in Safari
Pages open in Safari now reload automatically after an app update instead of showing an error.
Partial payments on payable lines
Paying part of a payable line now records just that part and keeps the remaining balance due until it is paid.
Faster media uploads
Each uploaded or imported media file now saves in a fraction of the time.
Camp receipt uploads
Fixed a permission error when team members uploaded receipts on camps.
Performance improvements
Faster sidebar counters, lighter voting photos and a cheaper video preview check.
Reliable video previews
Media video previews no longer get stuck on a black frame; existing black previews are remade automatically.
Suggested measurement video dates
The date editor for measurement videos now suggests a date from the file name or the video's recording metadata, shown with a calendar in a pop-up panel.
Multi-choice ethnicity on model profiles
Model profiles now support selecting multiple common ethnicity options while keeping nationality separate.
Simpler profile photos and faster profile editing
A model's first four Main Book photos are now their profile photos, the Main Book holds up to 60 files, and profile editing has a pinned save bar and per-section save buttons.
Organized finance settings
Financial rates, bank accounts, and card payment controls now have dedicated tabs in Company Settings.
Clearer payment reviews and scrollable job cards
Long job cards opened beside payment reviews are fully scrollable, and team responses now identify whether a payment is not a placement or not a direct booking.
Full or partial payments from bank statements
Matched bank payments can be accepted as paid in full, writing off bank fees and exchange differences, or as a partial payment that keeps the balance open for installments.
Job cards open in place from payment reviews
Reviewers can open the matched job in a side drawer without leaving the payment review list.
Smarter bank payment matching
Payment suggestions now require the sender or reference to match the client, model, or client country, so coincidental amounts no longer produce false matches.
Accurate received amounts in payment reviews
Bank payment reviews now show the converted amount that actually arrived, making bank fees and exchange differences visible instead of hidden.
Grouped bulk payment reviews
Payments covering several jobs are reviewed together, with the conversion and pro-rata split shown in plain numbers.
Clearer collaborative payment matching
Bank payment reviews now reach only the relevant team, while color-coded feedback and comments appear directly beside each administrator match suggestion.
Visible bank review alerts
Placement and booking pages now surface pending bank-match review totals immediately and highlight items requiring attention.
Collaborative bank match review
Placement and booking teams can see clear suggested-job details, scan color-coded review statuses, comment, and propose missing job matches while administrators retain final approval.
Date range for bank statements
Bank statement uploads can be limited to a chosen date range, so long statements only surface the payments you care about.
Bank statement matching
Upload a bank statement and get suggested matches between incoming payments and open invoices, with support for bulk payments, bank fees and currency conversion.
Cleaner payable rows
Each payable line opens its job with a single click, with one less button in the way.
Mark individual payouts as paid
Every payout line, not just scout bonuses, can now be marked paid and tracked.
Faster media when the whole team is busy
Profiles and media folders stay quick during big uploads and busy hours.
Unread reply badges for every inbox
Unread client and one-off email replies are now counted on the inbox tabs and in the unread total, so no reply goes unnoticed.
Cleaner model profile controls

Shared client conversations
Agency teams can start and reply to client email conversations in one shared inbox, including conversations attached to model packages.
Cleaner scout management
Agency teams can scan compact one-line scout cards, compare submitted and signed models, and narrow the active list by country or sort it alphabetically by country.
Faster lists and more reliable copying
Model lists and media load faster, and file copies retry automatically after a brief slowdown.
Admin-only document deletion
Deleting model documents and folders is now limited to agency admins; other team members can still organize them.

Reliable automation settings scrolling
Automatic scheduling settings now remain accessible while scrolling on desktop and mobile, without the panel being dragged off-screen.

Complete mobile automation pattern editor
Saved scheduling patterns are now easy to edit on phones, with time zone, model information and internal notes included.

WhatsApp late rejections handled
Messages WhatsApp rejects after accepting them are removed from the conversation and offered as a one-click hand-off.

WhatsApp media in conversations
Photos, videos, voice notes and documents received on WhatsApp now show inside the conversation and can be saved straight to a model's media library, the same way email attachments work.
WhatsApp replies and unread counts
Incoming WhatsApp messages now reliably land in the right conversation, and the Messages badge shows unread replies alongside conversations waiting for an answer. Every navigation count now has an accessible hover explanation.
Per-agency WhatsApp lines
Each agency's WhatsApp Business line is now kept to that agency, with a WhatsApp tab in Company Settings. When WhatsApp's 24-hour rule blocks an app message, the team can open WhatsApp with the message pre-written and it's still logged in the conversation.
WhatsApp Business messaging
Agencies can now message models on WhatsApp as well as email from the same conversation, with colour-coded bubbles per channel and delivery and read receipts for WhatsApp.
All email replies tracked in the app
Every email the platform sends now carries a tracked reply address, so replies always reach the agency's shared Messages rather than an individual inbox.
Scout messaging fix for voters
Team members with the voter role can send direct messages to scouts again; a permissions gap had blocked their messages from being prepared.
Faster navigation
Page switches skip a redundant network check, menu links preload on hover or touch, and checklist-heavy pages load in a handful of requests instead of hundreds.

Casting bookings show each applicant's no-show count, and automatic scheduling pauses for applicants after three missed castings.
Casting outcome metrics
Scheduling now includes a 30-day casting summary with outcome distribution, booking volume, and outcome completion progress.
Automatic casting scheduling
Agencies can now repeat casting slots weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, keep four open slots available, and have pre-selected applicants booked and rescheduled automatically with confirmation emails. The scheduling banner is highlighted in green while automation is on.
Video names and renaming
Videos in the media library now show their file name, and team members can rename videos — making it easier to date measurement recordings accurately. Renaming never changes the file extension, so the file type stays intact.
OneDrive and Yandex Disk imports
Public OneDrive, SharePoint, and Yandex Disk links can now import individual media files or organized folders.
Visible photoshoot imports
The photoshoot import action now stays visible at the top of the folder section, including in narrow model profile panels.

Casting replies are easier to spot
Casting slots now show separate unread reply counts for model and scout conversations, clearing each count when its conversation is opened.
Faster casting scheduling
Casting slots now have a clear calendar and time picker plus neatly grouped repeat settings and actions. Waiting applicants can also be booked into the next open slot in one step, with a warning before rebooking someone into a slot they declined.
Scout conversation history
Direct messages to scouts are now saved and shown alongside replies, giving teams a complete conversation history.
Clear loading states across the app

Development packages accept team recipients
Development packages can now be sent to team email addresses, while booking and placement packages remain client-only.
Vote progress for referring scouts
Scouts can now see anonymous Yes, No and total vote counts for their applicants, while reviewer identities and comments remain private.

Applicant sources at a glance
Pre-Select now shows a compact chart of all historical applications grouped by their scout or direct source.
Email alerts for support ticket replies
When the team replies to your support ticket, you now receive an email with the reply and a link to the conversation.
Closing the edit package screen works
Editing a sent package now has a Cancel button and responds to the Escape key, and the media step goes straight to saving instead of a recipient list.
Signed agreements with accented names file correctly
Agreements containing accented or Cyrillic letters now produce their signed PDF, and adult models are no longer shown as waiting for a guardian.

Comp-card layout on voting cards
Voting cards now lead with a large headshot, keep the other photos in a slim rail beside it, and arrange the details in a balanced grid.
More reliable sign-in with saved passwords
Sign-in now works reliably when a phone's password manager fills in your details, and slow sign-ins show a clear message instead of failing silently.
Payment details tab on model profiles
Finance staff can view a model's saved payment details on her profile, and admins can add or update them.
Calendar history and undo for deleted entries
Deleting a calendar entry now asks for confirmation, and a 90-day history lets teams see changes and restore deleted entries.
Overlapping calendar entries shown together
Days with more than one calendar entry now show every entry's color, so longer availability periods no longer disappear behind a short job.
Clearer copy-link confirmations
Copy-link confirmations now show who the link is for and a short preview of it.
Reliable link copying in Safari
Copy-link buttons that prepare a private link now work in Safari on Mac and iPhone, with a one-tap fallback if the browser asks.
Scout application form fixed
Scout applications submit reliably again after a fix to how the form is saved.
Accurate scout earnings counter
The sidebar counter for scout earnings now ignores zero-value bonuses, so it always matches what the earnings page shows.
One agreement card on the model profile
A model's profile now shows her agreement once, with a direct link to the My Documents page, instead of repeating the same documents in two cards.
Focused model tasks stay in the portal
Models can now book calls, upload passports, sign or view agreements, and preview documents and attachments in a closeable panel. Call times are also easier to read and tap on phones.
Reliable welcome-call booking
Models can now open their private welcome-call booking page reliably from mobile and in-app browsers, with a clear retry if the link cannot be prepared.
Models can see their own documents
A new My Documents page lets a model open the agreement her agency keeps on file for her, from her menu or her profile.
Clearer agreement categories
Agreements are now filed by the parties involved, travel papers sit with the travel details on job cards, and every job requires its two signed agreements before it can be closed.
Seamless app updates
The app now refreshes itself after an update instead of showing a loading error in tabs that were left open.
Automated placement statements
Placement finances now follow a guided statement → invoice → payment flow. Partner agencies are automatically asked for their statement after a placement ends and can upload it securely or reply by email. Teams can preview the exact request before sending it manually.
Correctable scout attribution
Model Boards now distinguish direct sign-ups from unassigned models with clear Scout · Direct and Scout · NA labels (the unassigned one highlighted as a prominent warning), and agency admins can safely correct scout attribution without rewriting paid bonus history.
Board composition by scout network
Agencies can now compare their current model Board by individual scout and master-scout network, while a collapsible active-scout list makes the page faster to navigate.
Faster contact from onboarding
Onboarding cards now include a model's clickable Instagram account and a direct action to message their referring scout.
Recently signed models on the Board
Agencies can now filter the model Board to people who completed onboarding in the last 60 days, ordered newest first and marked NEW.
More compact model Board tiles
Model Board warnings now use shorter labels in one compact chip row, with a single checklist warning instead of two.
Development jobs require a recorded cost
Development jobs can now only be closed after the job's cost is saved — zero counts when the job cost nothing. Reimbursements logged on the job count toward this, and the Reimbursements section now explains itself with a short hint.
Development jobs require uploaded photos or videos
Development jobs can now only be closed after at least one photo or video is uploaded to the model's library, and the job progress bar shows this as a required step.
Sturdier media library
Bulk moves and copies now report exactly which files didn't make it, large libraries load faster, and refreshing keeps you in the folder you were in.
Refresh keeps your place
Refreshing the page now reopens the model profile, tab and media folder you were working in.
Faster photo deletion
Deleting photos and videos from large media libraries is now quick and reliable, without timeouts.
Reliable duplicate clean-up
Removing duplicate photos and videos now works on very large media libraries without timing out.
Bulk uploads in the Academy
Agencies can now add many videos, pictures or PDFs to the Academy in one go, with per-file progress and titles, instead of uploading one file at a time.
Customisable productivity score
Agency admins can set their own point values for each kind of team work in the productivity score.
Team performance scorecard
Agency owners can now review team output month by month with a productivity score built on real results — talent moved onto the board, agreements, confirmed jobs, packages, calls, notes, contacts and money received — with separate views for staff and scouts.
Clearer color-coded charts
Charts now use a consistent, accessible color palette so people, categories and trends are easier to distinguish at a glance.
Faster team activity reports
Team activity reports load in seconds even for agencies with very large media libraries, and show a retry option if something goes wrong.
Faster pre-select decisions
Applicants are rejected at pre-select as soon as the votes make passing impossible, keeping the queue down to people who genuinely need a decision.
No more hidden list limits
Lists and counters now show every entry, no matter how large an agency grows. Nothing stops at 1,000 rows anymore.
Duplicate finder for model media
Duplicate photos and videos are now flagged in each model's media library, with a one-place Duplicate Finder and one-click removal of extra copies. Same-folder copies are cleaned up automatically.
Package download counts
Agencies can see how many files each client downloaded from a package, and which packages allow downloads, right in the Package Tracker.
Optional package downloads
Agencies can let clients download photos and videos from a package, one file or a whole folder as a ZIP. It's off by default and only works through a verified package link.
Safe package previews
Agency staff can preview a package exactly as the client will see it, without a recipient link. Previews only open for signed-in agency members and never count as views.
Package link drop-off stats
Agencies can see how many recipients opened a package link but stopped at the email confirmation step, over 30 days, 90 days and all time.
Optional date search when building packages
Packages can be built by browsing all models on the board instead of searching by availability dates.
Model camps planner
Plan model camps end to end: schedule, master classes, group activities, accommodation, flights, attendance votes, decisions and shared costs.
Safer package links
Package links now require email confirmation, expire after 14 days and lock after repeated wrong attempts. Packages send from a named bookings address with replies tracked in the app.
Onboarding timers and Academy folders
Onboarding shows how long each model has been waiting, and Academy lessons can be organized into audience-specific topic folders.
Card payments on invoices
Clients can pay placement and direct booking invoices by card. Agencies link their own card processing account once, and when a client pays, the job shows the amount paid, the processing cost and the net amount received.
Print-ready business cards with QR codes
Agencies can generate print-ready business cards with QR codes that open the model application and scout sign-up forms. Scouts get personal links so every applicant is credited to them.
Guided job workflows
Development, placement and direct booking jobs now run as compact, step-by-step guided workflows with progress tracking — from booking details through delivery and received payment.
Development collaboration packages
Agencies can send model packages to photographers, stylists and other creatives to arrange TFP or paid collaborations, review proposals and turn accepted ones into jobs.
Master scouts and override-able scout terms
Scouts who recruit other scouts earn from the models their sub-scouts sign. Per-model scout terms can override the standard signing bonus, first job bonus and ongoing percentage.
Clearer payouts with the maths shown
The payables view separates what is due now from what is waiting on conditions or client payment, and every scout bonus shows the model or job behind it and how the amount was worked out.
Import photos straight from shared links
Model media can be imported from shared Google Drive folder links, including one level of sub-folders, with anything unreadable reported instead of silently saved broken.
Much faster photo previews
Photo previews across the app load far quicker, especially the gallery viewer on model profiles and the voting cards.
Onboarding calls with reminders
Agencies can schedule onboarding calls with new models, with automatic reminders and conflict detection against the team calendar.
Multi-company scouting platform launch
Scout a Model opened to modeling agencies: scouting intake, pre-select and final voting, onboarding, media libraries, calendars, jobs, invoicing, finance and role-based team access in one place.
